Your Instructor
Joshua is a graduate of a 2,200 hour Massage Therapy program in 2012. Since then he has taken courses on Depression, Insomnia, and Anxiety in relation to Massage, Thai Hot Stem Facial Treatments along with Therapeutic Ultrasound, TENS, and Interferential Current treatments. He has taken courses on Athletic Taping, Sports First Responders, Movement Assessment, Neurological Assessments. He is a member in good standing through the Association of New Brunswick Massage Therapists (ANBMT), the College of New Brunswick Massage Therapists (CMTNB), and the Massage Therapists Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS).
Joshua has spent hundreds of hours working alongside elite-level athletes, grass-roots athletes, weekend warriors, and those who work in more sedentary settings.
He spends his time formulating courses to teach others, studying anatomy, movement, and how people perceive their bodies. Always learning, always sharing.
